UK Account Manager

The role of the Account Manager is essential in growing and retaining revenue from strategic customer relationships. The AM functions as an amplifier for the sales organization within customers to optimize execution on renewal, cross sell, and upsell activities as directed within assigned customers.

You will create and deliver quarterly business reviews at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, as well as identify risks, upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present viable business solutions. You will attend, present and provide leadership at key sponsored and non-sponsored industry events including tradeshows, conferences and VIP roundtables. Travel to customer sites sites and industry events is required.

As an Account Manager, you are the voice of the customer. You will be part of an ambitious and focused team that truly cares about the success of our customers.


Build, nurture and grow relationships with our customers, their teams and external agencies to better understand their business challenges and help them to execute against their communication strategies
Participate in projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research / strategy development, and customer strategy workshops
Proven ability to drive retention and growth across existing and new business lines and markets
Proven ability to assist in negotiating complex contracts, products and services offerings to clients to ensure successful and long term partnerships
Drive accurate revenue forecasts by implementing sales methodologies into the post sale revenue management process
Identifying and correcting product performance, customer health and retention risk for our customers.
Influence product development planning and aid in optimizing the customer experience for the product processes


6+ years of brand or agency experience within marketing technology, and content marketing
Demonstrated experience and success working with large, strategic customers (Fortune / FTSE 500)
Proven ability to drive development and execution of large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Outstanding collaborative, team focused work style
Strong presentation skills to communicate on a quarterly basis reviews with clients
Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly, the ability to keep on top of all deliverables with various members of the team for the client.
Strong ability to maintain good balance of strategic vision and tactical delivery
Skilled at building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executives and industry groups
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
