The Role

We are searching for unmatched drive in a Training Specialist who has customer success and adult learning as their primary unrelenting goals. Our Educational Services team provides vital Product and Change Management education, allowing our customers to succeed. You will have the opportunity to provide world class experiences for customers of all sizes and industries. The Training Specialist role at Outreach carries an incredible amount of responsibility with their delivery and product knowledge impacting each and every customer. Internally their impact will be felt companywide through reducing support tickets, reducing time to value, reducing customer calls and allowing Customer Success Managers to have more strategic conversations with customer, while increasing adoption and customer love. It's a lot to ask but the team member we choose will work tirelessly with our teams and clients to solve problems, educate and generate customer sales excellence.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
    • Review training requests with customers to validate and understand requirements and success metrics
    • Creating individual success daily through virtual and in person training events
    • Managing and facilitating customer training events
    • Coordinate and leverage SME's co-facilitated training
    • Go on-site periodically at customer's' locations to work deliver best approach and content to various customer teams and users
    • Presenting rich curricula that will make our customers rockstars within their roles
    • Deliver virtual public standard flow training for customers including onboarding, advanced and specialty training
    • Gathering customer insights and goals from Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants, and Product Experts to customize the delivery of training
    • Collaborate with teams, including product, sales and engineering, to identify the best in class answers to increase customer capabilities
    • Work with the head of education to dream about how our ever-evolving understanding of our customers problems will inform the solution and long term vision of Outreach
    • Identify the challenges customers are facing and how to translate customer support requests into learning actions
    • Provide feedback on customer questions and pain points to inform training content creation
    • Review training requests from Professional Services and Customer Success to understand modality and learning objectives to deliver best in class learning experiences for our customers
    • Train service partners on Outreach best practices and working better together
    • Track monitor and ensure quality of training partners meet the high standard of Outreach

Basic Qualifications
    • You know how to inspire and influence people to modern and sometimes revolutionary sales approach
    • You are obsessed with the learner experience and applying best practices in adult learning to your delivery
    • You care deeply about delivering value quickly to the customer, and you do what it takes to ensure their success
