Job Description

Qventus is looking for a seasoned and accomplished technical project manager with a proven track record for executing on the timely delivery of critical product features for a successful Qventus deployment.
This ideal candidate will have:
3-6 years of technical project management experience with a comprehensive understanding of both the business requirements and technical capabilities needed for an enterprise wide SAAS implementation
2-5 years of direct experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams internally to manage the end to end life cycle of product related initiatives and to drive project milestones to completion
A strong foundational understanding of relational databases with working knowledge of a query language, such as Mysql or PostgreSql
Experience managing enterprise wide projects for hospital systems a plus
The Technical Project Manager will own the end to end delivery of technical features and functions within a deployment, in addition to serving as a core point person for post production issue remediation. She will be accountable for the following actions:
Define and manage the technical deployment timeline for enterprise wide, multi-module deployments
Work with internal and external teams to understand requirements, approach and solution. Provide project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal project kickoff to go-live
Coordinate workload distribution across functions and internal teams to ensure all deployment needs/requirements are resourced appropriately
Support task prioritization, identifying and ensuring dependencies and deliverables are met
Solve a wide range of complex, multi-threaded problems with a variety of approaches to ensure the best fit for the issue at hand
Identify and mitigate risks and advise functional leaders on project opportunities and risks.
Investigate and drive escalation of risks and issues to resolution
