Our team is currently recruiting for a Technical Account Manager(TAM) to work as an integral part of our Customer success team. TAMs are responsible for working closely with enterprise accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention and growth of our business. As an owner of the customer relationship, a TAM has the responsibility to partner with the Sales Team to identify new opportunities to partner and grow the customer.

Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills in addition to a solid foundation in technology.
Own project plans, and delivery dates of multiple projects across multiple customers.
Proactively communicate status, risks and changes to scope to the customer team and senior management at Arcadia Data
Facilitate business discovery and scoping by engaging with the right stakeholders.
Own all aspects of customer satisfaction, measure by renewals and retention.
Contribute to discovery of new opportunities for growth at customer accounts.
Contribute to Arcadia Data Data best practices and knowledge base.
Contribute product and solution knowledge for our internal and shared communities.
4-5 years of prior BI consulting experience, preferably in project management role
Proven track record of project discovery, identification of opportunities leading to customer growth.
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Big Data ecosystem.
Production or operational reporting development and deployment of BI systems is a plus.
Working knowledge of database technologies, hadoop and data discovery tools.
Bachelor of Science in CS, Mathematics, or Sciences preferred.
