Instead of drowning under an avalanche of disparate products and still not being able to keep the business' key applications up and performing, BigPanda customers are using our Autonomous Digital Operations platform to rapidly find issues as they arise and then automatically correct them before they impact customers, bruise the company's reputation, and trim revenue and profit.

We are looking to expand in Product Marketing so we can further evangelize the category, lead our strong growth plans, and work with our overall marketing group to build the IT Operations market of the future.

The Role: Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing at BigPanda is a team sport. We're hungry for our whole marketing group to be successful, and we all do whatever we need to reach our team objectives - enable our sales teams, dominate the category of Autonomous Digital Operations, and drive demand for our solution. We work as a team and we succeed as a team. At the same time, we're each experts in our own swim lanes and focus on delivering value to our constituents across the company every day.

At its heart, this is primarily a content creation role. This leader will create the material that conveys our thought leadership platform to the marketplace and compels prospects to adopt our point of view. We have a solid vision and we need you to help communicate it to the market through all types of material - from blogs to videos to demos to webinars to collateral. If you love writing and producing content to convince people to consider your products, and if you know the IT Operations space, then this is the place for you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the development of our thought leadership material. Be the expert at messaging to enterprise IT organizations across all segments and through all channels.
  • Develop product, category, and industry messaging to be used by sales, marketing, and the entire company to ensure we are all communicating the right messages to our prospects and customers
  • Work cross-functionally to maximize our share of voice in this as-yet-to-be-defined space. Help support demand generation objectives
  • Measure and communicate the success of our awareness and influence programs
  • Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to update our sales presentations
  • Evangelize BigPanda as a leader in IT Operations
  • Ensure all product launches are maximized to their full potential
  • Support our field marketing and national event activities as a key member of the product marketing team
  • Support PR and awareness activities with content, materials and speaking as needed



Requirements


  • 5+ years of technology product marketing, with a strong portfolio of created content
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to learn, articulate, and lead our category, product vision, and messages
  • Domain expertise and experience in the IT Operations, Incident Management, AIOps, and/or ECA market segments
  • Proven ability to create convincing collateral, blogs, white papers, videos, demos, presentations, web copy, emails, and all other types of communication. Excellent at conveying information verbally (text) and visually (slides and graphics) appropriately.
  • Great at working with designers to get the final pieces completed and the rest of the marketing team to amplify the messages in the market.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in social marketing, evangelism and presenting our perspective.
  • Exceptional ability to develop messaging that compels buyers to buy
  • Self-motivated, capable of working in a dynamic environment
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution; data driven and intuitive and empathetic to the needs of our buyers
  • Desire to work with and live the BigPanda values: Hunger, Excellence, Active Transparency, Relentless Focus, and Team Sport.
  • BA/BS required
