SwiftStack has established itself as the innovator in Multi-Cloud Data Storage and Management, a B2B data center technology consumed by IT in the largest Cloud companies and F500 Enterprises around the world. We are seeking a demand generation and marketing operations "execution machine" as the next critical piece in our rapid-growth company. This new Sr. Manager level role based in our San Francisco office reports to the VP of Marketing, with the charter of generating high-value opportunities through lead generation programs.

Who You Are:
You love creating and executing plays that are driven by data and produce a measurable impact. You have genuine confidence that can only come from real hands-on experience. You are an expert at running the marketing engine from executing lead generation programs to setting up marketing operations. As owner of the marketing funnel, you must know what makes it generate customers.
REQUIREMENTS Responsibilities:
  • Iterate and refine demand generation, campaign management and marketing operations activities.
  • Drive marketing program effectiveness and efficiency through aggressive testing and increased velocity of improvement based on data.
  • Own high standards of readiness in email deliverability, database segmentation and database health, with ideas on finding and adding the right prospects.
  • Creatively develop and execute a multi-touch integrated demand generation strategy that targets and reaches the right prospects.
  • Demand outstanding customer support from product marketing to ensure your team gets the compelling and relevant content needed for calls-to-action (CTAs) along the buyer's journey.
  • Run all manner of campaigns that produce; online media, content syndication, retargeting, you are creative and always measure, so you know what best plays to run.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Oversee the marketing technology infrastructure and technology roadmap.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience running demand generation programs, with >1 year experience working in marketing operations, title based on experience / credentials
  • Past success in a B2B high-tech company with high ASP offerings, SaaS or Enterprise Software a strong plus
  • Proven ability to execute day-to-day without the need for consultants and contractors
  • Knowledge of when to use consultants and contractors to deliver even better results
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast--paced team environment, and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements in a startup
  • Savvy in end-to-end inbound marketing, including smart content, smart lists, and other lifecycle stage optimization tactics
  • Creativity around how prospects are engaged to feed A/B testing and continuous improvement
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to present data to influence and rally people across the organization as well as activate prospects
  • Hands-on expertise in the tools and systems used in marketing operations and demand gen - Salesforce required, Hubspot a very strong plus
