The Senior Project Manager will lead all project management and support key marketing/brand campaigns for the global marketing organization and creative teams at ClassPass, across all of it's studio and digital products.

They will partner closely with the CMO and other team leaders to ensure our teams are set up for success. They will be responsible for the operational effectiveness and day-to-day workflow management of the marketing and creative teams at ClassPass. Additionally they will take the lead on prioritization, coordination and resource management against our key business initiatives, refining and enforcing project frameworks and lead programs and projects from start to finish.

This key hire will make sure all marketing and creative team members are working only on the most priority projects and completing them on time. When it comes to driving growth and having impact, this hire will be responsible for the overall efficiency across the marketing and creative organizations.

You will:
  • Lead project management for the marketing and creative teams at ClassPass
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders on project creation and delivery for marketing campaigns, brand campaigns, and day-to-day needs.
  • Lead the scoping, scheduling, and budgeting for these projects, while constantly managing to an overall Non-CAC budget.
  • Coordinate interdependencies, create contingency plans and manage risk on project timelines and deliverable.
  • Be responsible for evangelizing across the team where the status of any given project is, the upcoming milestones, and potential blockers as we navigate to plan.
  • Lead the scheduling, planning, and development of events, creative shoots, and off-sites.
  • Coordinate logistics, calendar planning, ordering and budgets associated with brand swag (design, ordering, shipping, etc.)
  • Act as a communication lead by scheduling and leading meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, meeting notes and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain Marketing Hub asset management resource with all project documents, timelines and agreements
  • Establish best practices for project management
  • Ensure teams adheres to project scope and deliverables
  • Build strong relationships throughout organization

You have:
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Experience with project management software (Asana is a plus)
  • Experience in scoping, task management, retrospectives and budgeting across a variety of projects
  • Ability to address delicate issues with sensitivity and empathy
  • An understanding of marketing best practices, standard sizes and creative programs.
