Senior Product Marketing Manager

San Francisco | California | United States

We are looking for a talented, dynamic, and passionate Senior Product Marketing professional to drive successful launches of our Massdrop Made products and to further grow our enthusiast communities. Massdrop is home to 20+ enthusiast communities ranging from Audiophile and Mech Keys to Cooking and Knitting. One way we bring value to these communities is through community-driven commerce: we find out what our communities want, and either get them great deals on those products or go out and make them ourselves with our Massdrop Made collaborations. We have hundreds of products for sale at any given time and multiple Massdrop Made product launches every month, both of which lead to an exciting and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work in interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute on launch plans for Massdrop Made collaborations. You will be a key driver of the strategy and owner of results for these launches, and will own touch points across channels including on-site, email, influencer, ad, and social channels. You will need to balance being community-first, helping to ensure we're listening to and providing value to our communities, and being data-driven, ensuring we're focusing on the right things and getting expected results. You will be expected to get your hands dirty by jumping in on the conversation with our members, diving head first into new communities, and helping to deeply understand the needs of our communities.
