The Role
We're looking for a product manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and development of our analytics and business intelligence products. This role stretches from user-facing applications, including our Deep Dive product, all the way through to our platform layer and how we organize data to create maximum value. You'll be working with a team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship well-designed products that help hospitals identify and understand how to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
    • Partner with a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship great products
    • Discover and validate new product opportunities through a deep understanding of our users, market, technology, and strategy
    • Define the vision, strategy, problems to solve, and key requirements for new and existing analytics and BI products
    • Get involved with the design and software development process, and manage the product backlog
    • Follow through to launch and iterate on products, ensuring that they make impact for our users and our business


Requirements
    • At least 4 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products. Enterprise SaaS product management experience preferred.
    • Can demonstrate experience managing products with analytics / statistical components. Background in statistics / analytics / mathematical optimization preferred.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Comfort with operating in an agile environment, working closely with engineering & design.
    • A passion for improving our healthcare system.
    • BA / BS degree. Master's degree in analytics-related field preferred.
