The Role
We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to work on new features and products across all our offerings, including web, mobile, and TV. You have a strong user-centric process and love solving real customer problems collaboratively with cross functional partners. You'll work with the team to ensure that everything we ship is valuable and impactful.

Responsibilities
    • Design features for our web, mobile, and TV products
    • Work closely with PM, data science and engineering to ship this cross-platform experience (web, android, iOS, email)
    • Communicate your designs with cross-functional partners and back your designs with strong, user-centered rationale
    • Contribute to ethnographic research efforts with the team by visiting our clients and synthesizing findings
    • Set a strong north star for the feature and work with your team to get us there
    • Test and iterate on your designs with customers
    • Contribute to our product vision based on customer research and insights


Qualifications
    • At least 3-5 years of product design or equivalent experience
    • Accomplished in creating flows based on user research and distilling the complex into meaningful products
    • Proficient in connecting design decisions to desired business goals and outcomes
    • Proficient in creating low to high fidelity designs that best convey the solution to product and engineering teams
    • Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and delivering products and services
    • Ability to contribute to research and distill findings into insights
    • Fluent in Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS, and/or other UX design products
    • Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
