Webroot is currently looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager based in our Sydney office. This is a full time position with excellent benefits and compensation. The Senior Marketing Manager will help drive all elements of our overall marketing strategy, from demand generation to content marketing, social marketing, branding, PR, and online advertising. As our marketing lead in the region, you will be responsible for providing a detailed marketing strategy across channels to reach the target audiences. This role will maintain constant communication with corporate HQ, based in Colorado and our local sales team to enable our marketing and sales teams to connect with our target customer base.
The holder of this position must be revenue-minded and directly contribute to the continued growth.
Demand Generation Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Management to develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the APAC territory
  • Build and manage best-in-class demand generation programs - using the right mix of inbound, broad-based, account-based, and paid media strategies - to optimize lead-to-opportunity-to-deal funnel and drive pipeline for the business.
  • Tradeshows and events: Identify and manage tradeshows, events and roadshows that we sponsor and participate in.
  • Closely collaborate with sales to ensure alignment on program strategy, execution, and key KPIs.
  • Develop and optimize a marketing budget to generate the best returns.
Partner Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MEF ( marketing enablement funds) for the region
  • Work with key partners in the region on joint marketing activities ( e.g webinars, roadshows etc) to generate demand and create awareness
  • Drive partner enablement with support from sales

General Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Manage quarterly and annual marketing planning processes for APAC
  • Enforce standards for Success Metrics, KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics.
  • Create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns across key channels, including, but not limited to webinars, email, direct mail print and tradeshow.
  • Leverage corporate messaging and localize where needed
  • Define budgets required for campaigns. Communicate results, monitor performance and optimize on an ongoing basis.
  • Support Public Relations and local press opportunities
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • BS or BA in Marketing or related area.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or software
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Past involvement with pan-regional marketing plans, budgets and program results
  • Demonstrated results across partner marketing and demand generation
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage from strategic development to detailed execution.
  • Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs within timelines and within budgets.
  • Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of an organization including executive management, sales, business development and product.
  • Self - motivated, organized and a strategic thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to travel internationally when required
