Over $76B was spent on cyber security last year to prevent unauthorized access of our important assets. This old legacy technology - including firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and antivirus software from security vendors like Cisco, Symantec, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, and others - has proven to be an ineffective form of protection against identity breaches.

The Position

Centrify is looking for a highly effective Senior Manager of Technical Product Marketing. In this role, you'll be the resident expert on our core Identity as a Service (IDaaS) products. You will evangelize Centrify Application and Endpoint Services internally and externally. The TPM will draw from deep expertise of the product to clearly articulate how a given feature uniquely addresses customer use cases. You will be the creator of enablement content and help technical audiences across Centrify to sell, deploy, support, train upon, or consult. And you'll work collaboratively with marketing and product management to ensure our internal stakeholders understand our strategy, value proposition, and competitive positioning to grow our business. This role will understand the technical details of how Centrify Application and Endpoint Services work and will also partner closely with product management and technical sales to understand and constantly assess the ability of our offerings and how we are meeting the actual customer need.


Lead the development and implementation of technical marketing content (including demos, videos, webinars, datasheets, presentation decks and other resources) to enable effective adoption, align product positioning with industry trends and product advancements, and increase brand and product visibility.

Train and enable sales teams to deeply understand not only the buyer value proposition of the Centrify platform, but also features and capabilities of our offerings

Plan and execute new product launch activities using effective tools and techniques to maximize market penetration and sales impact.

Partner closely with Product Management to contribute to critical product decision-making.

Deliver both customized and standard technical demos to specifically address customer needs

Support analyst briefings, meetings, and report input (as necessary)


5-7 years' experience with Technical Sales, Sales Enablement, Technical Support or Technical Marketing

Experience and knowledge in the Identity and Access Management space is a plus

Demonstrated ability to write and speak clearly about technically complex integrations and use cases in a compelling way

Proven experience in creating technical documentation (deployment guides, configuration guides, technical sales and marketing collateral, blog posts)

Preferred B.S. in Engineering or Science Discipline
