As the Sr. Manager of Retail Sales - North America at Webroot, from your home office, you will represent the #1 customer satisfaction rated internet security software in North America. You will play a vital role in establishing strategies and executing programs for customer acquisition and retention in a highly strategic product line that is already growing well above market rates but has great expansion potential in digital channels and new demographics.

Your ability in managing a major national brick and mortar electronics retailer and deep understanding of similar online retailers is vital. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create a North American go-to-market sales strategy to continue growing Webroot's share within key retail accounts, in collaboration with consumer and product marketing teams
  • Develop a data-driven and analytic team that evaluates sales reports, promotional activities, and trends to enable accurate weekly/quarterly forecasting
  • Ensure consistent methodology in data collection and post-analysis of promotions across channels, retailers, and products
  • Collaborate with consumer marketing on all field marketing initiatives and activities that influence behavior at the retail store level
  • Participate in retailer QBRs with key internal stakeholders; be customer facing and add value in support of key account initiatives
  • Collaborate with consumer marketing and product marketing leadership to determine the success and ROI on key product launches and planogram changes in the marketplace
  • Provide internal guidance and recommendations on in-store and online merchandising programs to marketing and creative teams
  • Become an internal evangelist and expert for the consumer retail channel
  • Ability to take initiative and drive execution, while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Manage retail account managers toward success with their assigned accounts.
  • Manage distributor relationship including resolving supply chain and AR related issues as they arise.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, pricing, promotion and retail analytics, sales finance, or category management
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Supervisory experience with ability to work with remote teams highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline required; MBA preferred
  • Best Buy category merchant experience or selling to Best Buy required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical proficiency with MS Office
