Senior Growth Channel Manager - Paid Search

Grove is looking for an experienced Paid Search Marketing professional to join its growing Growth team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding the Paid Search channel at Grove, with a focus on new customer acquisition. Search channels represent a large opportunity for the company to tap into a different group of potential customers, and we have already made good headway there and proven that we have product - channel fit. This role will combine deep experience and a willingness to be creative and scrappy to significantly grow our footprint in the Google & Yahoo/Bing ecosystems.
The Role
Own Grove's marketing strategy for Google/Yahoo/Bing Search & Product Listing Ads, and dramatically grow our customer acquisition volumes & spend in those channels (within CPA guidelines)
You will build a data-driven process to launching and managing campaigns, and over time will implement scalable analyses, reports, and/or algorithms for managing our bids, budgets and keyword footprint
You will own the metrics and roll up your sleeves to make sure campaign performance is optimized and stable
You'll be able to build a team over time commensurate with the scale & sophistication of the channel
As a key member of the Growth team, you will draw from your experience to impact not only the Search-based channels but also our paid acquisition efforts in general (Influencers, Paid Social, Partnerships, etc...)
You will work collaboratively with our merchandizing, influencer, inventory and engineering teams to test conversion improvement strategies and to optimize our product assortment to expand our marketing footprint in Search
About You
You have 3-5 years of experience as a Search Marketer
You have managed over $5M in Paid Search spend with Google during your career, and are familiar with both Google PLAs in addition to Search ads
You have shown a clear track record of escalating responsibility and impact - and you have managed other Search buyers or agencies before
You are analytic, data-driven and are often the 'go-to' person on your team for questions about web analytics & marketing performance
You are creative and aggressive. You take calculated risks and are constantly testing new ideas to improve your campaigns' performance
You are intellectually curious and have a strong track record of self-development and learning
Targets don't scare you - you find creative ways to reach your goals
