The Finance team is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be part of the growing Corporate FP&A team in San Francisco, CA. The Corporate FP&A team drives enterprise level planning and reporting for the company. We also serve as a critical business partner to many teams across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for a broad range of responsibilities to help provide strategic thought leadership and metric insights to the VP of Finance and executive staff of a fast-growing Series C start-up. As the third person to join the expanding corporate FP&A team, this role would be perfect for you if you thrive in a fast paced, fast-growing, and high energy company, and are looking for lots of opportunities to grow/learn.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in maintaining and managing the corporate operating model built on Anaplan
  • Help drive the cadence for our planning, forecasting reporting and month and quarter end processes
  • Gather data from various systems, and synthesize the data to help develop insights from our operating, and financial results
  • Be responsible for the production of dashboards that show relevant operating metrics, and financial trends on a weekly basis
  • Able to handle projects with multiple work streams, coordinate internal/external resources, and ensure completion of projects are on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required



Qualifications:


  • Have 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Analytics or Business Intelligence
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking, PE, or some other Financial Services function preferred
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, and prioritize contending workloads
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Excel power user with strong data analytics
  • Prior experience with Anaplan a plus
  • Prior experience with SQL a plus
  • Undergraduate Degree in STEM, or a quant heavy discipline
