Job Description

Alfresco is seeking a high-energy, results oriented Sr Field Marketing Manager for its North EMEA business. This position reports to the Global Director of Field Marketing and will be responsible for the development, execution, measurement and reporting of demand generation programs that support sales goals. This position would also be responsible for managing and supporting our EMEA Field Marketing team.

Working in collaboration with the global campaigns, marketing operations, corporate communications and digital marketing teams, you will be responsible for both the development and execution of Alfresco programs and events for the North EMEA region. You will also look to incorporate our solution and technology partners within the demand generation activities.

You enjoy building personal relationships you're your sales reps and customers in your region and see yourself as an advocate to promote their successes.


Work with your sales and partner teams to develop and execute a marketing plan that will drive short and long term pipeline and revenue goals

Manage all elements of the plan, including research, budget, planning, messaging, execution and reporting

Plan and support local events across the North EMEA region (UK, Ireland, Benelux, Nordics)

Work with channel sales, channel marketing and Alfresco's partners to drive enablement and build integrated programs for partners, including webcasts, seminars/conferences, website and email campaigns around their vertical solutions



8+ years of experience in a high technology, B2B enterprise software marketing role, with experience planning and executing small and large events

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align to sales objectives

In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing principles, strategies for technical and business buyers utilizing multiple marketing approaches including email, seminars, webinars and account-based marketing

Must be well organized, have the ability to multi-task while paying attention to the details and work well individually and across teams

Very strong project management skills

Experience with team management preferred

Experience working with channel partners on demand generation programs and events

Strong experience using SFDC and Marketo (preferred) or marketing automation software

Ability to travel 30 - 40%

Undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, business or related field
