The Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical individual to join our marketing team, managing our Account Based Marketing (ABM) and field event strategy. This position is responsible for defining the strategy and success metrics needed to support marketing and sales pipeline and revenue goals. Successful candidates will possess impeccable communication skills both written and oral and must work cross-functionally with the sales organization and executive team develop expectations and ensure buy-in and accountability.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
    • Developing tiered event strategy and calendar for customer, enterprise and field marketing teams
    • Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure event strategy aligns with the target and named account strategy, pipeline targets, business priorities and executive vision - includes working with sales to develop target account lists & account segmentation
    • Identifying new event opportunities that align with new markets and accounts and determine ways to extend reach while in attendance - includes breakfasts, dinners, happy hours and sporting events
    • Equipping our sales team with the resources they need to invite customers & prospects, communicate event logistics, book meetings, and develop a follow up strategy to drive pipeline for new deals
    • Communicating across multiple departments on expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, acquisition of attendee & sponsor lists, and performance
    • Managing all aspects of the field marketing program including internal and external communication, budget, vendor management, execution and reporting
    • Working with the demand generation team to align ABM field strategy with online and offline programs
    • Reporting on the impact that field events, offline and online programs have on top target accounts, including account engagement and pipeline growth
    • Developing an understanding of our market inside and out to know where we need to be and how to stand out

Basic Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing & ABM strategy
    • Experience in Salesforce, Sendoso, Outreach
    • Experience effectively coordinating trade show sponsorships including the coordination of many tasks, budget management, internal communications, and handling tight deadlines
    • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around field marketing performance and adjust strategy accordingly
    • Excellent written and presentation skills; extremely detail-oriented and ability to handle ambiguity
    • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline funnel
    • Experience managing multiple events at once, often consecutively and across multiple regions
    • Exceptional ability in driving pre-event and post-event demand as well as creating first-class at-event experiences
    • Not afraid to share ideas or new perspectives on processes
