Centrify is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to join our Office of the CTO. The OCTO team owns prototype development, platform architecture, and user experience across our various solutions and services. You are a technologist at heart, with a strong desire to make things "just work" for our customers while also keeping things as simple as possible. As the program manager for the team, you will draw on your experience and knowledge to do feasibility research, write specifications, and coordinate between engineering and user-experience teams, all with an end goal of creating awesome products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Owner for the Office of the CTO engineering team

Quickly ramp to understand customer's (internal and external) needs, existing product architecture, implementation and team structure

Research technical feasibility of (potential) features, including coordination with product management on feature requirements

Create technical feature specifications in coordination with engineering leads and architects

Demonstrate and lead by example in good feature developments practices and patterns, with an eye toward quality, supportability, scalability and performance

Qualifications:

Demonstrated technical and/or functional design leadership experience.

A good team player and have a professional and positive approach; you're self-motivated, a critical thinker, and a strong relationship builder.

Strong understanding of secure development and software security principles.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an individual and within a group.

Self-starter and ability to pick up new technologies rapidly.

Familiarity with general software development release lifecycle, source code management and defect management methodologies.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Some level of previous engineering and development experience.

Desired Skills:

Multi-tenanted services.

Azure / AWS experience.

Experience in identity or security related areas: Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, authentication / authorization protocols, SSL/TLS, certificates, etc.

Education/Experience:

8+ years as a program manager or product owner.

4 Years college education or equivalent work experience.
