You have the genuine passion and desire to help studio owners partner with ClassPass to succeed and further grow their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a personal list of top priority accounts by constantly ensuring that our studio partners are seeing the value in working with ClassPass

  • Develop relationships with each studio owner and come up with creative solutions for each individual issue

  • Report and interpret metrics to continually ensure value is driven home for our studio owners

  • Successfully negotiate with the high level strategy necessary to keep the value of ClassPass in line with the business objectives of our studio owners

  • Strategize areas of opportunities to increase business between our studio owners and ClassPass

  • Support Director of Account Management in high level strategic initiatives and internal projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years experience in account management, business development or a similar role; 2+ years experience in skillful and complex negotiations.

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to put in whatever it takes to produce the desired outcome
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality is a must!
