The position will manage the daily administration of user reported issues, new functionality, record types, page layouts, and other customizations as needed to keep our instance of Salesforce performing at the highest level of function and innovation.

Experience in Salesforce administration and administering user requests - including configuration, maintenance, administration, and automation of sales tools.

Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration Manage Salesforce.com CRM application.

Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for supporting and maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports etc.
    • Implement enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns
    • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
    • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
    • Research and resolve business systems issues in a timely manner


Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred Computer Science)
    • 2-4 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition Salesforce
    • Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc.
    • Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, Force.com platform


Preferred Qualifications:
    • Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema is required
    • Experience in moving code from sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
    • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.
    • Experience with Apex Data loader knowledge
    • Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps.
    • Superior testing and quality control skills.
