In this job you will:
  • Align with stakeholders to ensure processes and configurations effectively support business requirements
  • Capture and effectively document requirements and user stories
  • Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact
  • Create and maintain internal technical documentation
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and other Enterprise systems
  • Respond to daily production tickets in a timely manner
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options
  • Facilitate discussions around business value amid competing priorities
You bring to the table:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Must be confident, resourceful, flexible, and exhibit initiative
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with sales and marketing teams, executive level stakeholders, and developers.
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a high-performance team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand and act in accordance with the corporate and team mission, values and principles
  • Proven Experience with end user training and adoption
  • Experience with Service Cloud a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus
  • Experience with Marketo and other marketing automation applications a plus
