Sales Development Representative – Europe


The Rancher Labs team is seeking a Sales Development Representative to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and prospecting initiatives into assigned territories. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background selling enterprise software. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision and still hit quota.

Job Responsibilities include:
Prospecting/cold calling into assigned territories.
Finding and qualifying opportunities.
Working with Marketing on lead generation efforts.
Building pipeline for the Field team.
Help outside reps manage and push opportunities to closure.

The ideal candidate has experience that includes:
2+ years of sales experience in a sales development role.
Knowledge of, Salesloft and Hubspot.
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the landscape of the opportunity, and the needs of customers/prospects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and still hit quota.
Knowledge of containers, Docker, and/or Kubernetes.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
