Our EMEA team is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to build, train and motivate the sales development representative (SDR) team covering the entire EMEA region. This role will report to the Marketing Director, EMEA but will work closely with the Senior Director, Sales Development based at Centrify HQ in Santa Clara, CA


Develop, motivate and manage tele-prospecting professionals to drive pipeline impact through lead development best practices - build and develop a UK based team to cover all EMEA regions

Create an on-boarding plan for all new hires

Manage quality, accuracy, and timeliness of lead qualification and distribution from the team

Create reports and deliver weekly performance and productivity metrics from the individuals and team

Align with the US SDR management team to produce a comprehensive coaching and development schedule for the EMEA team - adopt a continuous learning approach.

Lead by example - be prepared to pick up the phone and drive meetings when required

Engage with regional sales teams to agree to acceptable SLAs in regards to sales feedback on SDR activity

Collaborate with management and other team leaders to identify technology, strategies, and processes to better achieve goals and uncover new, high value opportunities


3 years + SDR management experience

Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment

Intricate knowledge of and plug in sales tools and with a strong analytical background

Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and other business units

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

An understanding of the linguistic and regulatory implications of operating across numerous European markets

Ability to travel when required
