As a Retention Marketing Manager you will play a key role in shaping Poshmark's engagement strategy with a focus on increasing lifetime value and reducing churn through customized and powerful marketing efforts at every stage of the user lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Build programs to increase revenue per user and improve retention characteristics
  • Use data to monitor health of marketing programs and identify areas for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns and initiatives
  • Lead projects through rapid testing cycles; discover and implement strategies to keep the user engaged
  • Communicate key insights and findings to senior management and optimize programs based on data-driven analysis
  • Manage user-facing communication channels including: email, push notifications, and in-app notifications
  • Be the expert on the customer journey; develop a deep understanding of user behavior and how best to leverage it in pursuit of top line growth
  • Manage complex initiatives, create project plans, and drive on-time execution
Requirements
  • 5+ years relevant marketing experience with increasing responsibility and solid experience in both people management and leadership capacities
  • 1+ year people management experience; must love mentoring and guiding others
  • Experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, lifecycle marketing
  • Must be data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
  • Strong understanding of consumer and mobile products like Poshmark
  • Thrilled with challenges, unknowns and the opportunity to optimize and build programs
  • Ability to run and prioritize multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus
