As the Customer IAM Regional Sales Manager, this person will lead Centrify's focus on CIAM in the assigned market. This highly visible role will be responsible for all facets of growing our presence in this market, to include direct sales efforts, collaborative efforts with other teams and an entrepreneurial passion.

You must have prior success selling Software and/or SaaS Solutions to C-Level stakeholders at Fortune 2000 companies in a competitive market against other industry leaders. You must excel at finding new opportunities and have excellent consultative selling skills. You should be a self-starter, work well as part of a team, and be willing to travel 35% of the time.

Lead Centrify's focus on Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) in a specified region.
Establish credibility and become a subject matter expert for Centrify's CIAM practice.
Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives.
Be a co-strategist, along with the Regional Sales Managers, to identify and close major end-user accounts for our CIAM and IdaaS services.
Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities.
Major focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities using the telephone and/or web demonstrations to improve market coverage, increase market share, and grow revenue.
Be responsible for developing and coordinating a campaign to cross-sell Centrify's CIAM solutions to the Company's existing customers.
Help develop training materials appropriate for channel partners and the Company's new hires.
Conduct activities such as seminars, webinars, lunch and learns, etc. to build awareness and momentum for the Company's solutions.
Work with marketing personnel to develop collateral and relevant sales materials.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years outside sales experience selling in the Security or SaaS markets, with a preferred emphasis on customer-facing Identity Management solutions.
Strong awareness and previous experience working with channel partners and Systems Integrators.
Previous success selling to mid-market and larger enterprise accounts.
Very collaborative salesperson, knowing how to work effectively with other members of the sales team.
Candidate must be located in the region to be considered for this position.

4 year degree or equivalent work experience
