Position Summary:

The Recruiting Intern is a part of the Human Resources team that operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on supporting the best and brightest talent in Centrify's growing organization. The Recruiting Intern will work in parallel with both our HR and Recruiting teams to assist in many aspects of the Recruiting and onboarding processes. Our goal with every internship is to provide real-world experience that is beneficial in an interns' successful transition to the workforce after graduation. This internship will last approximately 3 months.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the Recruiting Team in reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews, and other aspects in the recruiting cycle

Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and Recruiting Team to manage the recruiting process for Centrify's summer internship opportunities

Scheduling meetings, interviews, and events for the HR team as needed

Maintaining employee files and assisting with file audits

Assisting in maintenance of HR database records, logging information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and compiling and distributing materials to the team.

Researching and collecting data for various HR projects and initiatives

Assisting with materials for new hire orientation and collection of new hire paperwork

Other projects as assigned

Qualifications, Experience & Education:

Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Recruiting or Human Resources. Previous Recruiting experience a plus.

Possess the ability to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of job responsibilities

Excellent customer service focus

Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Prior Internship or relevant work experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines

Good sense of humor and ability to have fun; understands and appreciates HR/Office day-to-day challenges!

Student Member of SHRM a plus
