As a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Admin, you'll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You'll be responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. You will be a highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. You will serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition team with recruiting processes including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating logistics relating to the hiring process
  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent with relentless drive
  • Provide an exceptional and memorable candidate process by communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with respect and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Talent Admin Responsibilities
  • Manage projects as requested to support Recruiters and Hiring Managers in their efforts to search for potential candidates
  • Support the Talent Acquisition teams with internal projects, Foreign National programs, and ad-hoc projects
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
Desired Skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse.
  • Deep knowledge with document software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
