The PS Manager is heavily involved in pre and post sales activity related to professional services. The PS Manager is responsible for working with customers to ensure their success by accurately scoping engagements, scheduling them and obtaining feedback on the quality of the work. The PS Manager plays an instrumental role in the overall success of the PS organization. This is a position that potentially involves travel inside and outside of Europe, involving overnight stays when potentially addressing sensitive projects. This position is also required to be a billable Project Management resource for active projects.

Key Accountabilities:

Work with customers and local sales teams to accurately scope and sell professional services engagements.

Creation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) utilizing processes built in Salesforce.com

Perform presentations and follow-up with customers regarding Services delivery

Responsible for administrative back office requirements to include but not limited to the PS Scheduling Calendar, Work Orders, purchase orders, Change Requests and approval of time sheets and expenses.

Assesses the needs and requirements for future Services for our customers

Work with new customers to onboard them to the Centrify Professional Services experience

Communicate field trends as experienced through the Services team

Work with the worldwide PS team toward reaching quarterly worldwide billings, bookings and revenue targets

Provide feedback to product management on future requirements of the products based on customer experiences

Hiring and retention of Services personnel. Will participate in interviews as needed.

Responsible for customer sign-off on projects as well as measuring customer satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities.

Providing input on annual staff performance reviews.

Measurement, tracking and reporting of partner certification status

As needed, going onsite during Services engagements to gauge progress and assess how our personnel are doing.

Scheduling partners, contractors, or sub-contractors to deliver services.

Coordination of internal Services training events as needed

Periodic public speaking (Data Connectors, etc.)

Part time project management for select customers including,

Managing the required project deliverables

Timely management of engagement escalations

Key Attributes:

Superior communication skills on multiple media fronts

Must be well presented, professional and reliable in approach

University Degree or equivalent experience

Ongoing desire to stay current with software market and the latest technologies

Ability to travel as required, including stays away from home

Self-starter who can work from a remote office, or in the field when required

Desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Key Skills:

Non-technical

Experienced Consulting skills are a plus

Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Project management experience in an enterprise environment. PMP certification is a plus

Must have public speaking skills and proven experience in presenting to larger audiences

Must have 5 years proven experience (minimum) dealing with or working for enterprise customers

Must have proven organizational skills in fast paced environments

Must be focussed and demonstrate great attention to detail.

Must have strong prioritization skills in fast moving flexible environment,

Must have good written communication skills

Be able to travel across Europe, Middle East, Africa without restriction

Prior management experience is a plus

Technical

Must have Windows 2003/2008/2012 experience, MCSA/MCSE certification preferred.

An understanding of Migration to Windows from UNIX/Linux/Mac environments is a plus.

An understanding of Windows & UNIX Security knowledge, especially around compliance (PCI, SOX, GLBA, etc.).

Should have an understanding of networking technologies, such as: DNS, TCP/IP, Routing

Must have an understanding of IDaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

Must have a good working knowledge of Active Directory.

Experience with other large LDAP Directories/Provisioning solutions would be considered a plus (i.e. Microsoft FIM, IBM IAM & PIM, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Management).
