TrustRadius ( is changing how business software is bought and sold. We're looking for a smart, strategic, and energetic Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
In this position you'll focus on three key priorities:
  • Enablement for Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll ensure that they have the tools - battle cards, collateral, presentations, and training - to overcome prospect objections and help customers get the full value of TrustRadius. KPIs: competitive win rates, tool usage.
  • Adoption of our product features by our customers. The more value a customer realizes, the more likely they are to renew, grow their business with us, and become our advocate. KPI: Product/Feature usage.
  • Launch of new products and features to the market - both customers and prospects. The Dev and Product teams are delivering at high velocity, so you'll serve as orchestra conductor for the marketing launch to ensure that features are translated into benefits, campaigns are ready and teams have the tools they need for a successful launch. KPI: New product/feature adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable the Sales and Customer Success team with collateral, battle cards, presentations, and message training.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on campaigns (email, in-app messaging, and more) to drive feature adoption, usage, and value realization.
  • Build and manage the new product/feature launch process, from driving customer insights into the roadmap to managing beta availability to orchestrating launch campaigns to be run by the Marketing team.
  • Embed deeply with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their problems so that marketing can address them.
  • Train customer-facing teams on messaging, product features, and best practices.
  • Become an in-house product expert, both for training credibility and to provide alpha feedback on new features.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' marketing experience
  • Knowledge of product marketing frameworks and launch processes
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer teams
  • Expertise in competitive analysis
  • Familiar with and unafraid of tools including Marketo, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Salesforce, Chorus, and more
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Experience marketing web-based products
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills
