Earny is on path to becoming the number one consumer advocate service in the US.

In order to achieve this vision and get there, we are seeking a highly talented individual to deliver the company's product management and operational goals behind the scene. You will be reporting directly to the COO.

Your job is to ensure that Earny works in the most efficient and optimal way, guaranteeing Earny is protecting every purchase our users make.

You will know everything that is going on behind the scenes, and you will be the bridge between our product and technical teams. There will be many challenges to overcome! This role is intended for someone who is eager for enormous responsibility at an early-stage company.

The role requires someone with an analytical mind, that loves optimizing and finding inefficiencies.

You'll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology and operational environment.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Improve, maintain, and manage our operation flow behind the scene

  • Work with our Front-End Product, Engineering and Support teams to deliver goals

  • Analyze and make decisions based on data and consumers behavior

  • Help drive company revenue through multiple channels.



Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience

  • Independent and able to get things done while still being a team player

  • Resourceful and desire to work and learn at a swifter than normally acceptable pace

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • High level of Microsoft Office (Focus on Excel).
