Are you looking to move into Product Management or seeking out the next step up in your Product Management career? The Webroot Product management team is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to be responsible for our Webroot Unity API Portfolio.

You are able to learn new skills and technology quickly and have some experience of communicating and pursuing a vision with business stakeholders. Your strong collaboration skills have marked you out as a team player whilst your ownership and drive has shown team members you can lead.

As the Product Manager, Unity API, you will be responsible for delivering the vision and strategy for your portfolio across our various channels globally. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing teams, partners and the Product Manager responsible for RMM & Partner Integrations, you will be an authority and evangelist on activities in this space. You will be directly responsible for new API releases, and managing partners in their journey to stop using older API offerings.

As your Product Management skills may still be emerging you will receive coaching, feedback and training opportunities from the first day you join Webroot. Your colleagues in the Product team have a diverse range of product experience and are invested in your success.

You possess a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will be a highly knowledgeable on API software technologies and best practice for API's within the Cyber Security space. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of, or the proven ability to ramp up knowledge on API integrations, Managed Service Providers, and have a good working knowledge of the cyber threat landscape.

You will cross-train and operate as a supporting Product Manager for our growing stable of Premium Tier Managed Integrations. In this role you will be working closely with your peers, and supporting the Product Manager, RMM & Partner Integrations. You will need therefore to work collaboratively to ensure good team cohesion and a seamless experience for our internal and external customers/partners engaging with you in this secondary focus

Webroot uses an Agile (Scrum) development methodology, but offers development team's flexibility in the approach adopted to deliver results - you will need to reflect this flexibility in your approach to working with multiple teams spread across geographies and time zones. You will work directly with development teams to execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Product, Business, this high focus role will challenge your emerging Product Management skill set or redefine your previous experience with responsibility for products managed within a $100M+ portfolio.


Own and understand market needs and build product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Measuring the success of the product from multiple perspectives, beyond P&L;
Partner with other Product managers and development teams to deliver world-class applications with input from customers, prospects, analysts, advisory teams and internal product experts.
Make tough prioritization choices and find creative solutions to hard problems.
Drive entire feature delivery lifecycle: research customer/user needs; assist in writing user stories with development teams; partner with UX team to design and prototype; work with engineering to develop, test and deliver a marketable product on time; collaborate with customer facing roles to drive market awareness and customer adoption.
Represent Webroot as a domain and product expert.
Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Define and contribute to pricing, positioning, and sales/marketing collaterals;
Analyzing current and future partner relationships for the product portfolio;
Assist with internal and external communication.
Interface directly with customers and the Webroot support team on customer escalation issues.
Provide cross role cover to the Business Product Portfolio as requested/Ad-hoc.
Required Skills:

2+ years of working directly with API implementation and builds or
1 year working directly with API's & 2+ years of SaaS product management experience
Knowledgeable in the Managed Service Provider space.
This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America, Europe, and Asia (25-35%),
Desired Skills:

Strong interest in API technologies.
Good knowledge of MSP and RMM/Integration partners and their needs from API integrations
SaaS/Cloud computing experience.
Experience with agile, and other development methodologies.
