The Poshmark Product Team is looking for an inspiring, motivated product expert who is the perfect pair of a radical thinker with strong execution to help us evolve the core end-user experience on Poshmark. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, but always keeps his or her cool, and most importantly has the know-how in guiding a cross functional product development team across complex projects with aggressive timelines.


Define and build the core product experience for the Poshmark mobile app and website.
Focusing on key metrics such as user retention, user engagement, and buyer activation. You will help drive Poshmark's overall business to new levels.
Poshmark puts our community and users first always. Your focus will be discovering new ways to help our community be successful on the platform, whether that be in buying or selling merchandise on Poshmark, helping users develop deeper and more meaningful relationships with each other, or motivating users to level up on the platform into the Posh Ambassador and Stylist programs.
Build a deep understanding of how social dynamics works on Poshmark, and how best to leverage them in pursuit of deeper user engagement and user activation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand, rationalize and prioritize requests for new features in the product roadmap
Work closely with design and engineering to drive innovation, productivity and quality while iterating on the product until project goals and growth targets are met
Be constantly collecting data, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics
Desired Skills:

Have experience working with consumer products. ecommerce, retail, or fashion
A detailed eye for design and user interface
Ability to understand complex user flows and interactions a strong plus
Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
Not hesitant to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success
Outcome oriented - not reactionary; can articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
Experience in running AB testing on mobile platforms
Highly technical, garnering respect from engineers
BS/BA in Design, Computer Science or a related field, MBA a plus
5+ years consumer product management experience; experience in a role focused on ecommerce, social marketplaces, or social networking a plus.
Strong analytics background and data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
Must have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail oriented
Strong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web products like Poshmark
Must have experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver end to end products
