We are actively hiring for an exceptional Office Manager that will make a large impact to the business. We want someone that will execute on the day-to day responsibilities along with taking ownership of bigger picture initiatives. The ideal candidate will make this his or her own position and learn quickly. He/she will bring creativity to all facets of the job and continuously multitask and prioritize.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Office Manager is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations at our NYC Headquarters as well as provide administrative support to our other branch offices in London and Dhaka.

Promote and perfect company culture through new practices and processes within the office.

Communicate with the leadership team regarding the requirements and improvement of office facilities.

Maintain the yearly budget for anything office related.

Assume the responsibility for any and all office management projects within the specified budget and assigned project schedule.

Research, negotiate and contract vendors for office services such as cleaning, equipment maintenance, interior design, and catering.

Help formulate occupancy strategies at the site level and assist with planning the best allocation and utilization of space.

Maintain office furniture and equipment; restock all office and kitchen supplies and fulfill weekly lunch, snack and beverage orders.

Support Talent Acquisition through coordination of candidates and helping ensure a strong candidate experience including Onboarding upon hire

Ensure conference rooms, kitchenette and living room spaces are properly in order on a daily basis and guests are greeted with the utmost professionalism at all times.

Plan and coordinate office events including weekly happy hours, holiday parties and other team building activities.

Manage the corporate calendar including employee events (Anniversaries and Birthdays) and conference room schedule.

Handle all incoming calls, messengers, and mail couriers.


At least 4 - 6 years' experience managing the facilities and office operations of a fast-growing company.

A positive, professional and patient demeanor.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience managing multiple offices.

Previous experience following a budget.

Negotiating experience and vendor management.

Must have working familiarity with Google Suite Applications including ability to learn new platforms
