The Role
Network Operations Center (NOC) Technicians monitor hardware and software systems from on-site and remote locations, and provide support to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, document incident symptoms and solutions, track problems through to resolution, communicate with remote and on-site employees, and maintain relationships with 3 rd party vendors. This position is on-site at our St. Peters, MO Fulfillment Center.

The Opportunity
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues with computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, etc
    • Monitor internet connectivity, information systems, and software platforms to ensure constant uptime
    • Analyze and test irregularities in processes and information systems to find root causes and propose solutions
    • Maintain productive relationships and good communication with internal and external customers
    • Track and collect details pertaining to issues and their resolutions in ticketing systems
    • Report incidents that are too large or complex for quick troubleshooting to management, other IT resources, or 3rd party vendors for assistance in prompt resolution
    • Provide primary and secondary on-call support as part of the team's weekly on-call rotation

About You
      • Prior experience in a production-based business
      • Must have 3+ years experience in an IT Operations support role or relevant field
      • Must have 3+ years experience using Warehouse Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Shipment Management software, Enterprise Resource Planning software, and Support Ticket software
      • Exceptional understanding of hardware and software technology and systems
      • Possess critical thinking skills to promptly identify and resolve problematic situations
      • Great interpersonal skills to interact and maintain productive working relationships with employees at all levels
      • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and tasks with little to no direct supervision
      • Perform well in fast paced and high stress situations
