Based from our corporate offices in Broomfield, Colorado the Marketing Operations Solutions Specialist supports the global marketing organization as part of the Marketing Operations team; working with technical support teams and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate solutions, integrations and automations for the marketing department. An ability to take on additional tasks and projects while building strong relationships will allow you to quickly become a trusted asset to both the team and the organization. The role has the following duties and experience requirements:

Delivery Aspects of the Role:
  • Manages the Marketing technology (MarTech) portfolio; tools in use, process for use, expiry dates calendar, and processes for tool evaluations and requests.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams providing technical expertise on issues involving sales and marketing tools and databases.
  • Delivers marketing requirements to technical support team for tool integrations.
  • Collaborates with technical resources to plan and design marketing's technical infrastructure and integrations to ensure the procured tools are properly implemented and integrated for Marketing.
  • Collaborates with technical resources to help establish and maintain effective integrations between marketing systems and tools.
  • Documents integrations, system configurations and business logic in place between marketing tools.
  • Provides regular training on tools, systems and processes.
  • Administers some tools for marketing: marketing automation platform and customer relationship management - ensuring data quality standards are upheld and marketing's efforts are properly tracked and recorded.
  • Works with other support resources to help marketing report on their efforts. Helps reporting teams build program tracking processes and reports in marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com

Skills, Knowledge and Experience You Bring to Webroot :
  • 6-9 years' experience directly using or administrating Marketo, Eloqua and Salesforce.com
  • Excel skills, especially experience with any Excel-based Salesforce.com connector (Apex Data Loader, Force.com Explorer, Excel Connector)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio, UML, flow charts
  • Integration experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once
  • Ability to understand complex processes
  • Ability to communicate technical processes, problems, and solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work well with variety of different people
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Strong attention to detail and quality is absolutely critical
