The Role

Marketing Ops is the heartbeat of Marketing. You will work with the Demand Generation team to make sure Sales and Marketing move as one. We are looking for a technical, creative problem solver to lead the way in creating a smooth lead to qualification process.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include


    • Provide oversight and optimization of our Pardot implementation, including email calendar, campaigns, programs, landing pages, drip & nurture programs, and prospect/customer communications
    • Build and refine lead scoring models, with a focus on increasing lead to opportunity conversion rates
    • Ensure accurate synchronization between Pardot, Salesforce, and ROI reporting tools
    • Maintain the integrity and quality of our database by ensuring that processes and best practices are set in place
    • Build database segmentations to accurately categorize 1M+ records
    • Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting key marketing processes
    • Partner closely with Sales Operations to improve current processes in order to optimize the lead to close process
    • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing ops functions
    • Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships




Basic Qualifications


    • Expert marketing automation user, preferably familiar with Pardot
    • Experience in B2B marketing and working with sales teams
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets to concrete business recommendations
    • Familiarity with Salesforce automation rules and triggers
    • Advanced user of Excel and other data analysis tools
    • Go Getter: You're eager, resourceful, and constantly put your problem solving skills to the test
    • Tech Savvy: You utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for the tech industry, and want to be part of a high energy and passionate team about to make history

    • Team Player: You strive for greatness, and know that teamwork is the way to get there. You're a natural leader, and see yourself growing as our team expands
    • BA/BS degree preferred
