Marketing Operations Coordinator

WideOrbit is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our stellar marketing team! The Marketing Ops Coordinator will manage the technical aspects and day-to-day operations of key marketing automation, CRM and email systems, as well as work with various online marketing tools used for content marketing, social media, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in email marketing/marketing automation, data analytics, and lead generation and is comfortable with new technology and optimizing processes.
As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns flawlessly that support WideOrbit's sales pipeline goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring segment growth and overall database health. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is exceptionally detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. This position reports into the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
Here is what you'll be doing:
  • Empower the marketing and sales team by leveraging Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics to build, track, and report on effective programs that drive revenue.
  • Launch and support innovative marketing campaigns by building prospect lists from in-house and third-party data sources, and work with data at varying levels of granularity across different platforms.
  • Optimize marketing performance through A/B testing subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
  • Create dashboards and reports that drive useful insights and provide visibility into sales pipeline and campaign performance.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs by following a rigorous Q/A process for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and automation tools.
Here is what we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and the creative development and execution process.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Adept at multi-tasking in high-paced environment.
  • Strong self-starter who is a team player and a problem-solver who can work independently.
  • Strong communication, proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content.
  • Proactively seeks out solutions and is excited to bring new approaches to the team. Takes initiative from concept to execution.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Marketo experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
  • Google Analytics experience a plus.
  • Hootsuite experience a plus.
Location:
This position will be based in our San Francisco, CA office.
