Qventus is looking for a Sales Operations lead responsible for all aspects of planning, reporting, forecasting, quota management, sales process optimization, metrics and sales compensation administration. The successful candidate will be a key member of the sales management team driving the creation and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual business plans, reporting revenue trends, defining and improving sales processes as well as designing and measuring KPIs that enhance sales productivity.

The Manager / Director of Sales Operations will work closely with senior leaders across Marketing and Sales to quickly understand issues, perform analyses and implement scalable solutions. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detailed-oriented individual capable of creating structure to thrive in a dynamic environment.

The position requires a self-starter who is effective in interacting and communicating with all levels of staff in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Core Job Responsibilities:
    • Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and manage actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales predictability
    • Develop and monitor key sales performance metrics to measure the health of the sales funnel, enable the early identification of trends affecting the business and promote the sharing of best practices across the sales organization
    • Territory Planning - Territory, Target Accounts, Key Verticals, Segment/Product/Buyer Role Productivity Analysis, etc.
    • Gather requirements and project manage changes to our sales technology that result in improvements in sales rep productivity
    • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company's growth trajectory
    • Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing sales, marketing and customer success databases: process, standards, access control, documentation, etc.
    • Provide leadership team with ongoing analysis for pipeline, goal setting and general business performance
    • Analyze gaps in our data, practices that ensure data quality and measure database health. Develop new ways to mine data to support and guide sales and marketing strategy
    • Help drive strategic planning and capacity analysis for the sales organization
    • Manage Sales and Partner Compensation and Quota Planning in tandem with relevant cross-functional partners
    • Lead operational and tactical efforts for the sales leadership including territory mapping, goal setting and tracking, cross team weekly pipeline and monthly business reviews, administration and team internal communication flows
    • Support GTM Leadership in developing Board presentations and management updates related to ARR
    • Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount, and sales plan
    • Ensure the alignment of the Sales Operations organization with cross-functional activities/priorities across the organization including Marketing, Customer Success & Finance teams to support the overall GTM strategy


Requirements
    • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations in a SAAS environment
    • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
    • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
    • Substantial experience with Salesforce.com and other leading sales support systems
    • Proven record driving sales productivity, hyper growth and profitability in a dynamic organization
    • Ability to develop deep internal relationships while also driving accountability
    • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
    • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
    • Experience supporting sales strategy, organizational design, talent/performance management, incentive compensation and sales force automation activities
    • A desire to work in a high growth and results-oriented team environment
    • Bachelor's degree
