Centrify is looking for a highly effective Technical Trainer to focus on broadening the technical leadership of Centrify's Technical Services Teams. Maintaining technical leadership and consolidating requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders will be critical. Developing and delivering timely and effective training offerings, self-enablement and instructor-driven, to a broad set of audiences, while working with product and other technical teams on message refinement and consistency, will be critical to success.

You will have an understanding of security and/or identity vendors and solutions, while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure content drives value with all audiences. You'll need a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to collaboratively translate technical content into industry leading training offerings that enable Sales Engineers, Professional Services Teams, and related Partner personnel.

Responsibilities

Work across product management, engineering, and technical services to create and deliver valuable content to all direct and indirect customer facing technical teams

Management of training project scope, scheduling, resourcing, and quality assurance

Working with Product Teams, understand and incorporate the product lifecycle within the technical training curriculum

Deliver training to a diverse technical audience, maintaining technical prowess and subject matter expertise within an audience of subject matter experts

Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and mentor those that must deliver industry leading training

Provide subject matter expertise in the development of certification programs

Incorporate learner knowledge and skill assessments into the training curriculum

Work collaboratively across a broad set of content creators, ensuring content consistency

Define learning paths for technical teams

Collaboratively create content (self-enablement and instructor-driven) that addresses the education touch points through the customer journey for our direct and indirect technical teams

Requirements

6+ years of high-tech product education, enablement, technical marketing or related experience

Experience with content development and delivery vehicles, including online and in-person, including Articulate 360 and Litmos

Experience in understanding technical, customer facing roles' enablement needs, gained by experience from being in those customer facing, technical role(s)

Experience growing a cloud based business (with AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus, including working knowledge of cloud technologies such as REST, JSON, SAML and oAuth

4+ years in enterprise security, identity management or enterprise infrastructure software markets

Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills

2-4 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise application training (instructor led and eLearning) in support of a global SaaS company preferred

Experience managing and working with remote teams

Excellent analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for designing training content for a technical audience

Experience using courseware development tools a plus

Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who is ambitious, takes initiative, and holds themselves accountable

Background in Enterprise software domain. Cyber security and/or Infrastructure industry preferred.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
