Webroot is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Sydney office.

The Inside Sales Representative is expected to generate qualified leads, develop new customers, interface with Webroot's strategic vendors and ensure complete and accurate information is maintained within Webroot's CRM database. This role is part of a growing sales organization. The candidate will be expected grow in their knowledge of Webroot's business and technology offerings in order to play a key role in the sales organization.


Actively participate in Channel QBR and Partner Plan reviews with Territory team;
Develop synergies between the partner organization and corporate resources that can support the over-achievement of partner business objectives and initiatives;
Analyze partner's business objectives by asking probing questions that are relevant to partner and prospects markets and industries;
Together with the Channel Account Manager attend partner meetings to assess partner capabilities and their customer's satisfaction;
Rollout out programs/deliverables from Webroot partner strategy groups to Webroot resources with partner responsibility explaining how to sell and position these programs / deliverables;
Maintain knowledge of competitive products to enable the capability to effectively address and dispel partner objections to Webroot solutions;
Work with the Webroot Channel Sales Team(s), the Marketing team and partners to formulate and implement both tactical and strategic sales initiatives within their assigned territory;
Conduct on-going meetings with corporate resources to keep current on Webroot direction and products;
Demonstrate ability to relate partner business challenges to Webroot solutions;
Deliver Webroot's value proposition in a persuasive and accurate manner;
Execution of the Webroot Channel Program strategies to ensure over-achievement of the their business;
Conduct web-based in field product training for strategic reseller partners objectives;
Implement solution selling strategies to close business.


2+ years selling directly to the end user and through channel partner;
Experience with CRM, in particular CRM;
Experienced new business hunter, penetrating existing customers, fulfilling direct and through the channel;
Proven track record of new business sales through cold calling and lead qualification;
Results-driven and detail-oriented, proven track record of achieving and overachieving on targets/quotas;
High motivation, high energy level, results-oriented;
Ability to think "out-of-the-box";
Strong closing and sales negotiation skills;
Ability to validate proposed vertical solutions both internally and externally to partners;
Demonstrated leadership in the aggressive pursuit of regional objectives;
Good organizational and time management skills , good listening skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Adaptability and flexibility, team centric focus.
