Job Description The HR Executive position will require you to build upon an already outstanding culture and take the organization to the next level in terms of recruitment, events, employee branding, best practice process and organizational development. Excellent english writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively is a must.
What You'll Do:
  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and news letters;
  • Manage digital advertising and social media campaigns for employment branding;
  • Create and execute social media strategies to engage candidates;
  • Independently source, conduct phone and in-person interviews; make candidate assessments, and present qualified candidates to HR team;
  • Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist the team grow their candidate pools;
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
  • Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment;
  • Attend Career Fairs and University Job/Career Events;
  • Maintain online resources for new hires to understand how our organization works, learn the rules of play and where to find resources;
  • Manage a smooth off-boarding transition;
  • Coordinate tech conferences and events including webinars to create a stronger brand awareness;
  • Manage orders and inventories of promotional items, giveaways, and marketing assets;
  • Research and recommend prospects for special event sponsorship;
  • Oversee contract agreements related to special events;
  • Coordinate quarterly CSR activities;
  • Provide training on english communication skills;
BBA, B.A or M.A. in Human Resources Management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is mandatory
Previous work experience in a tech company is preferable
2 years of experience is preferable
