Are you looking for the freedom to track down and tackle mission-critical problems head on? We are looking to hire a Helpdesk Lead, EMEA to join our team in London. As the first and main point of contact for all employees in EMEA, you will be providing first-line support, provision and manage software and hardware, and participate in incident management and issue resolution with the global team.

As the Helpdesk Lead, EMEA, you will:
  • Act as primary point of contact for end users in EMEA, supporting local offices in Manchester and London, as well as employees spread through all of Europe
  • Assist in managing cloud infrastructure accounts, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Assist in managing helpdesk ticketing system with the global team
  • Participate in incident management and issue resolution, including logging, tracking, and documenting issues
  • With a core of Mac OS systems, setup, troubleshoot, and decommission laptops/desktops
  • Provision and manage hardware/software for new hires, mobile device setup, installation and/or post installation support
  • Support corporate network, phone system, printers, Audio/Video equipment, and other desktop related support
  • Document standards, best practices and policies as needed
  • Manage hosted corporate cloud services for the supported employee base
  • Assist System Administrators in various projects and initiatives
  • Support any facilities related requests as needed

We are looking for a Helpdesk Professional that has:
  • Desktop Support related experience
  • Mac support experience required
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, JIRA, operating systems (OS X, Windows), basic networking (TCP/IP), MS Office suite, imaging tools (Casper, Deploy Studio, and etc), and file permissions
  • Excellent problem solving, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute critical tasks
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively; transfer knowledge and follow up with end users across all levels of the company
  • Travel between London and Manchester offices as needed
