Poshmark is looking for a sharp, quantitative and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager | Google Adwords to join our growth team. In this role you will help drive user-growth, manage user acquisition campaigns across different search platforms and improve marketing ROI.


  • Build out large scale search campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing, and other search platforms

  • Manage and optimize budget and keyword bids with the goal of maximizing roi

  • Provide creative copy suggestions and drive creative optimization

  • Analyze account structure and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Monitor, track, optimize roi, roas, cpa/cpl, impression share and other relevant kpis

  • Partner with Merchandising to uncover emerging fashion trends and turn these insights into high performing search campaigns

The perfect candidate for this role will be able to toggle between deep analytics and creative thinking and have a strong grasp of campaign, keyword, and ad management. You will analyze large data sets, seek out actionable insights, and drive decisions while solving some of the fashion industry's most challenging problems. You will also have substantial influence on Poshmark's growth strategy through direct communication with executives as well as a seat at the decision making table. The role reports to the Director of Growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in paid sem, with a heavy focus on keyword optimization, bid management and ad copy creation. Data analytics and reporting a very strong plus.

  • Experience growing and managing large scale paid search campaigns (500,000+ keywords)

  • Account structure/restructure experience

  • Ability to write compelling ad copy utilizing various ad formats

  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking

  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability of performing data analysis

  • Detail oriented and well organized with a hard working can do attitude

  • Outstanding oral, written and multi-cultural communication skills

  • Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate about supporting Poshmark as a leader in the fashion industry

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

  • BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or a related technical field
