What we offer you

HealthTap is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and thoughtful Growth Marketing Lead to grow and represent our award-winning product and define the first Virtual Care Cloud market space in healthcare. This role is crucial to the success of the product and requires someone with broad experience in marketing - SEO, growth, content, product, field, and brand. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy people, value autonomy, appreciate collaboration, and like to create, execute, and measure. Analyzing relevant input from both people and data, as well as being able to generate and manage multiple, simultaneous campaigns, will be critical elements of your work. Your results should drive users to the best digital user experience in healthcare and deliver measurable increases in the amount of acquired, activated, and engaged users

Qualities and Characteristics:


  • A proven track record as a Growth Marketer with at least 3 years experience
  • An exceptional portfolio of distinctive work that spans SEO, email, social, and content marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Embrace growing communities around emerging technologies and new forms of interactive communication
  • Highly passionate about the experience and equally compassionate about the user
  • Fearlessly, boundlessly creative, and relentlessly attentive to detail
