Webroot is seeking an experienced (at least 7 years) Field Marketing Program Manager to join our Corporate Marketing organization. Our ideal candidate has a rich background in managing and driving successful third-party field marketing relationships (consumer electronics experience a plus). You have significant experience in creating, managing and measuring marketing programs, with a successful track record of driving product awareness, managing strategic third-party labor (3PL) relationships as well as developing and executing national marketing strategies being the catalyst for growth through multiple channels. In addition, you are passionate about marketing products and services, are highly collaborative, analytical and results oriented.

As our Field Marketing Program Manager, based in our Broomfield, CO, you will utilize your skill set in marketing, management, project management, planning, execution, and reporting in this highly visible role. You are self-motivated, plan proactively, communicate effectively, and develop/maintain collaborative relationships. You will work cross-functionally to develop target audiences, positioning, voice, and segment specific messaging, while innovating best practices for the Consumer Marketing organization.

You Will:

Develop and execute national marketing strategies that fuel growth; including tactics such as:
Product talking points and key messaging
In-store and online training content
Consumer engagement events
Merchandising direction
Sales contests
Manage the relationship and set the strategic vision for Webroot's 3PL partner
Partner with 3PL to set the store visit strategy and directives for each type of visit
Manage promotional budget spend to ensure maximum return on investment
Gather retailer and field team reporting, synthesizing it for internal decision making
Organize in-person 3PL and retail partner trainings and events
Travel into the field regularly to assess market rep performance and make recommendations for improvement
Attend retailer meetings/trainings, staying current on all partner initiatives and growth opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with to ensure optimal physical retail channel performance

You Have:

7+ years working in a combination of retail and field marketing roles; 2+ in a management capacity
Multiple years of experience in consumer field marketing
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Keen interest in technology and cybersecurity
The ability to travel roughly 40%

Ideally You Bring:

Bachelor's degree
Previous experience marketing consumer electronics and/or software
Previous experience managing a national field marketing team
