We're looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Offer. This individual will be responsible for anticipating and executing on the changing demands of senior management. Serving as the liaison between senior management and both internal and external customers, this person will also act as a gatekeeper to protect time, schedules, and availability. This individual must demonstrate good judgment and decision making when prioritizing requests, adjusting to changes, and assisting with projects that require budgetary and logistic management. This position will require enhanced focus and dedication to understanding and applying the evolving preferences and expectations of internal customers.

    • Managing detailed customer calendars, coordinating, prioritizing, and managing meetings between internal and external parties,
    • Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements,
    • Tracking and processing customer business related expenses,
    • Coordinating organizational team-building events, on-site and off-site events with external customers, attending internal customer meetings,
    • Maintaining organizational flow charts,
    • Handling a limited amount of discretionary and confidential information, creating reports, tracking and following-up on projects, compiling space inventory, and expediting business related errands.
    • Communicate and interact effectively with administrative peers, management, external guests, vendors, visitors, and contacts at all levels of the organization. This position is exposed to a limited amount of company proprietary and company strategic information that must not be divulged. This person must have strong listening and communication skills in order to hear and collect input regarding the needs of the internal customer.

Preferred Qualifications
    • 5+ years experience supporting C Level Executives.
    • Experience working in a start-up environment.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Experience in developing communications and handling sensitive correspondence.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills diplomacy and tact.
    • Ability to prioritize, met deadlines, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Excellent MS Office, Gmail, and Calendaring skills, especially exceptional skills in Excel
    • Experience with Concur is a plus
    • Flexibility to take on projects on an ad hoc basis
    • Possess strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
