About Zipongo

San Francisco-based Zipongo (Eating Well Made Simple) has opened up the "Food Benefits Management" category to tackle chronic disease through nutrition. Zipongo's FBM platform helps users manage their nutrition via the Health (Digital Dietitian), Cooking (recipes, meal planning, grocery delivery, discounts, etc) and Restaurants (menus, restaurant ordering, workplace cafes) tools of our Zipongo Engage platform. In addition, the Zipongo FoodScripts platform helps users manage their disease ("Food as Medicine") and helps risk-bearing healthcare companies and employers drive an ROI vs. drug and traditional-only provider spending.

About You

You are an analytics, Salesforce and marketing automation mastermind that can help power our Sales team by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will own the Sales and Corporate Marketing tech stack, including marketing automation software (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce, and your mission will be to create a seamless, integrated revenue funnel, with clear attribution and meaningful segmentation. This will include planning, reporting, forecasting, sales process optimization, and performance metrics. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and is a highly visible position working closely to support Executive leadership.
Manage CRM records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices
Manage lead management processes and metrics, lead scoring, nurture, campaign tracking, marketing automation systems, database health, targeting and segmentation plans and alignment with sales operations
Provide detailed analysis of pipeline & forecast movement
Create, track, analyze, and report on key sales initiative metrics
Ensure sales reps are adhering to mandatory sales processes
Own, overhaul, and support key sales and marketing business processes
Administer Salesforce, Marketo and other third party tools to optimize their use by the sales, marketing and data analysis teams
7 years experience in Sales and Marketing Operations and other related analytical and Sales Support roles
Must be highly proficient with a SFDC and must understand the philosophies of user management, field creation and field-mapping, cross-object reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and third-party integrations
Must be well-versed in marketing automation software
Ability to think strategically, and with the analytical skills to translate volumes of detailed data into concise, relevant insights
Experience in managing and improving Sales processes
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment. BA or BS degree in a quantitative field preferred (i.e. economics)
Strong bonus points for Salesforce and Marketo certification
