Poshmark is looking to hire a Customer Care, Support who will be part of our rapidly growing community and customer service team. We're looking for someone with a passion for helping others and can fully integrate into the Poshmark community in order to understand their wants and needs. This role is responsible for speaking to our users, as well as being a voice for them and will involve managing time-sensitive customer issues
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Poshmark users via email support
  • Respond to users in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Demonstrate empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions for the Community
  • Research, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for open orders and account issues
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from the Community
  • Strive to exceed volume and CSAT (customer satisfaction) goals
  • Help with side projects and administrative work as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; new college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Enthusiastic about community, customer service, and spreading love and kindness
  • Endless patience and a positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
  • Competitive by nature; thrives off the success of a team
  • Believes that helping users is crucial to the growth and success of the company
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Willing to work one-weekend shift per month and holidays
  • Bonus points if you have previous customer service experience working in e-commerce, Desk.com preferred
  • Candidates local to SF/Bay Area preferred

** Position is full time (40 hrs/week) at Poshmark HQ in Redwood City, CA.
