We are seeking an experienced, personable and service-oriented Contract Technical Recruiter to join our Centrify team. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Recruiter is responsible for performing technical recruiting and works closely with the internal Recruiting team in supporting the company. Individuals applying for this position must be a self-starter, action driven, flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, succeed in communicating with all levels within the organization and provide immediate contribution to the development and delivery of effective recruiting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle recruitment for technical positions in the Murray, UT office

Update applicant tracking system Workday by adding new candidates and dispositioning when needed

Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters and refer qualified technical applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.

Source candidates by using personal network, databases and social media including LinkedIn

Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards

Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews

Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers

Create offer letters and other new hire paperwork, complete background checks, and send new hire communications to new employees

Provide ongoing timely communication and updates to Recruiters, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers

Qualifications, Experience & Education:

Minimum 2-4 years' work experience as a recruiter for technical roles

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

Experience with calendar management and scheduling, Microsoft Outlook preferred

Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks

Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, Workday experience a plus

Familiarity with social media and recruitment tools, especially LinkedIn

Ability to handle sensitive information in strict confidence at all times.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines; experience working for a technology company is a plus.

Thrives in a team environment but the ability to work independently.
