Overview

We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and results-oriented marketer to help build the Tonal brand from the ground up. You'll guide the strategy and activation of campaigns that build the Tonal brand and drive consumer awareness, manage the day-to-day execution of our multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with the rest of the team to develop incredible brand experiences from awareness to acquisition.

What You Will Do

  • Build new brand and social marketing campaigns, from insight to implementation
  • Own the day-to-day community engagement through our social media channels, including but not limited to our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube presence
  • Own execution of email, push, and direct mail campaigns and new marketing channels
  • Partner with our users to co-create content, tell their stories, and demonstrate the impact we're having in people's lives, one success story at a time
  • Produce error-free campaigns with impeccable attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain an asset management system

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of demonstrated success in marketing at a top branding agency, advertising agency, or within a leading consumer brand
  • Exceptional writing, editing, creative, communication, and leadership skills
  • Artful with words, and passionate about creating compelling user-centric stories
  • Expertise in developing and executing a social media marketing strategy and sustained programs to build awareness and drive engagement with consumer audiences
  • Acts like an owner; has a general "get stuff done" mentality
  • Comfortable pushing creative boundaries
  • Highly organized and have an exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly
  • Possess outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Team-first attitude, passion for fitness, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • B.A. or B.S. preferred
